Palashini Kukde – Executive Director, Meticulous civil engineer with a post-graduation degree in Advanced Construction Management, Palashini co-leads the strategic planning, engineering design, and operational execution of all projects.
Before establishing Star Link Builders in Nagpur, our leadership spent 7 to 8 years managing prestigious, complex, high rise residential projects in major Middle Eastern hubs, including Dubai and Kuwait. This international exposure instilled a culture of zero compromise safety, advanced material planning, and strict timeline adherence skills that are now directly deployed into Nagpur's residential and commercial redevelopments.
